The Client was relocating the Hong Kong office and required assistance with the IT infrastructure move. Experienced in corporate relocations, PTS consulting were engaged to project manage the IT migration, overseeing the design, procurement and build of the Client’s IT infrastructure and network. It was essential that PTS kept within the Client’s tight timeframe and ensured that downtime was kept to a minimum.
