This privacy notice is a public declaration of how PTS Consulting Group Limited (“PTS”) and all affiliated companies, applies the Data Protection Principles & Rights afforded to individuals by the GDPR, to the personal data that we process.

International Data Transfers

All personal data stored and processed by PTS is securely hosted within the European Union. There is no systematic transfer of data at rest outside of the EU for any other purpose. PTS is committed to using EU model clauses in all contracts where data may be transferred to the USA.

Security of Your Personal Information and Retention

We do not store your credit or debit card details.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to:

We are committed to improving our practices to combat modern slavery in our business by taking steps, as far as we are able, to ensure that our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out the steps we have taken in FY2023-2024 to understand potential modern slavery risks within our business structure and supply chain, and as well as the steps taken to eradicate these risks
About Us
We are a small-medium enterprise providing Digital Architecture, bringing deep understanding from multiple technology disciplines, together with a unique, end-to-end approach, ensuring that technology plays a proactive role for end-users and stakeholders alike. We create smart technology solutions and digital architecture, shaped by our client’s requirements, initiatives, budget, and timescales, to transform their environment, engage their users, and optimise their operations. in the private and public sector.
Our annual turnover is under £36 million. Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act.2015, we are making this voluntary statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles and to set out the steps we are taking to identify risks and tackle modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains.
We predominantly use our own employees to fulfil client assignments; however, we occasionally need to supplement these by using other organisations that have either specialist skills that we lack or to provide additional capacity. All such organisations, if relevant, are subject to a pre-screening test to ensure that its employees are subject to the same level of scrutiny as our own.
Our commitment to ethical trading
Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Supplier Adherence To Our Values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. Potential new suppliers are required to provide evidence that they operate ethically and responsibly in line with our requirements. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we have in place a dedicated compliance team, which consists of representatives from the following departments:
- Legal
- Compliance and Risk
- Talent management
- Delivery
- Commercial
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we implement a mandatory training programme. In addition, our training programme provides ongoing support and advice.
Our Effectiveness In Combating Slavery And Human Trafficking
We use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:
- Annual review of all corporate responsibility policies
- Maintain robust immigration checks for all employees and contractors
- Annual review of salaries to ensure minimum wage is adopted
- Assess new suppliers to identify risk areas and identify whether additional due diligence is required. Plan steps to address

Further Steps
Following a review of the effectiveness of the steps we have taken this year to ensure that here is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains we intend to take the following further steps to combat slavery and human trafficking:
- Keep abreast of any information updated information and case law connected with the Act and further review policies and processes in order to remain compliant
- Review, update and publish this statement annually
