As part of its strategic capacity expansion and building rationalisation plans, Lloyds Wholesale and International Banking (W&IB) created a new office facility incorporating a modern trading floor through the lease of 4 floors in 10 Gresham Street. The building provides office accommodation and trading facilities for Lloyds Corporate Market Franchise (CMF) which incorporates the Financial Markets Division (FMD) and elements of Lloyds Group (including Structured Finance and Corporate Banking). In excess of 1000 users were relocated into the new building.
