The client is a European Bank with an office located in 8 Chifley Square in Sydney Australia. PTS has supported the client on Office Refurbishment Projects across APAC (Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore). PTS was invited by the client to assist with providing the IT Project Management function to support its replacement IT Structured Cabling, IT Server Room move, AV, Desktop, Wi-Fi and Telecommunications Circuits, and Security Systems services support throughout the refurbishment Project.

PTS’ role in completing the IT element of the office refurbishment project was to provide a specialist support function for the client that includes ensuring; that the client IT systems compliment the overall office refurbishment; that the IT systems are protected during the refurbishment phase; and, that the clients best interest in maintained throughout the term of the project through providing feet on the ground during the construction phase of the project and during the project design and planning meetings. PTS was able to successfully complete the project and onward support the client’s local IT requirements through its Covid-19 lockdown.
