Overview
As part of this extensive work, PTS overhauled the entirety of S&P Global’s commercial space at 55 Water Street, to create a more open workplace and enable a modern workforce. The four-year project covered 1.1 million square feet. about 1.1 million square feet.
The scope of work encompassed IT Project Management and Design, including Independent verification of design standards and Improved staff collaboration, communication and productivity.
Increased floor density achieved with AV-enabled collaboration spaces, allowing for a 50% reduction in Global HQ footprint
