Weight Watchers International was seeking an IT consultant to provide IT Consulting and Design Services for their office relocation in New York City. PTS was expected to form a close partnership with the Client’s IT professionals in order to help establish goals and criteria for the project. PTS Consulting was faced with the challenge of guiding Weight Watchers through the creation and deployment of Architectural standards while seamlessly integrating the technological backbone required to support operations.
