The 40,000 square foot workplace, a previous PTS project, now features a mixture of open and closed office spaces, meeting rooms and collaboration areas featuring new AV technologies and robust IT infrastructure to support flexible and collaborative working.

Creating a workspace conducive to the way its employees work, relied on having a clear understanding of the Client’s vision and ambitions going forward. Following PTS’s review, the Client was confident the technology in place would support a functional and dynamic workplace while driving efficiency and delivering value.

With an experienced Project Management team on board to deliver the technical aspects of the relocation, Man Group could move into its new office space confident that the tech-enhanced environment would allow users to work productively throughout the workplace. With a future-proof infrastructure supporting the building, Man group has the ideal platform in place to ensure it ‘always evolves.’
