A message from our CEO

As the Founder and CEO of PTS I am very proud of what we have achieved over three decades in what is a very demanding market sector.  ‘Knowledge rich, people dependent’ is a good way of describing what we are and it’s not difficult to deduce therefore how challenging it has been to globalise our unique service offering. Having a global capability isn’t just about setting up strategically located offices. To offer our clients ‘local knowledge’ we need to retain our Intellectual Property, which in our business means retaining our people.  That’s why we work hard to engender a certain type of culture in the organisation which we think is reflected in the people we hire – a challenging but enjoyable work environment, a strong team ethic, pursuit of excellence combined with a friendly face and a ‘can do’ attitude. For PTS it’s all about our world class group of people and that’s why our clients come back to us time and time again.

As work and education practices become blurred between office and home environments, the value a good AV and acoustic experience supported by robust and resilient technology is more important than ever.
