Through the provision of IT infrastructure, AV and Security solutions, PTS worked with Dunnhumby to transform a former grade-II-listed vehicle garage and showroom into a modern, flexible, future-proof and secure work environment.


  • OM3 fibre optic cable backbone, Cat 6a data outlets, and voice backbones enable a new and future-proof state-of-the-art environment
  • Pervasive Wi-Fi with 204 access points allows for site-wide connectivity for staff and visitors
  • Multi-functional technology-enhanced spaces bring users the ability to collaborate seamlessly and flexibly
  • One card access system with a security control room makes for a frictionless experience for users and facilities


PTS was responsible for the design of the Structured Cabling System (SCS), Local Area Network (LAN), and Wireless Local Area Network (WAN), AV & Multimedia, and Physical Security within the Grade II listed building. The technology-rich space enables staff to work anywhere without losing connectivity and offers flexible meeting spaces. The space is fully secure with a security control room and a one-card system, granting access to staff for lifts, printing, and other services.
