“To attract prospective tenants, the Client wanted to create a sustainable and technologically advanced space.”
Summary
The building’s unique architecture presented many challenges. Drawing upon years of experience working on numerous iconic buildings, PTS helped solve problems posed by the geometric form, and ceiling-to-floor reflective glass, namely its impact on the shape and size of rooms and spaces. The team paid close attention to detail, creating original solutions that complemented the Client’s and architect’s vision for space.
Rated BREEAM Excellent, the innovative building will help organisations operate more sustainably and optimise building costs. With a robust technology infrastructure in place too, the building is well-positioned to attract organisations looking for a technologically advanced space to grow within the heart of London’s Insurance district.
